Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how paid plans, cancellations and refunds work for ScanPix, operated by GTS Infosoft LLP. It forms part of our Terms of Service. ScanPix also offers a free plan — if you are on the free plan, nothing here applies to you and no amounts are owed either way.

1. Where you are billed

ScanPix subscriptions are currently purchased as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your billing relationship for those purchases is with Apple or Google, on their payment terms, and ScanPix does not itself charge your card or hold your payment details.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal: your paid features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your plan then moves to the free tier. Cancelling does not delete your account or your data.

3. Refunds for store purchases

Because Apple and Google process the payment, refunds for in-app purchases are decided and issued by them under their own policies. Apple users can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play users can request one from their Play order history. ScanPix cannot issue refunds for payments processed by the stores, but if you contact us we will do our reasonable best to help you route the request correctly.

4. No pro-rata refunds

Except where the applicable store’s policy or the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable and unused portions of a billing period (monthly or yearly) are not refunded or credited when you cancel, downgrade, or stop using the Service.

5. If we ever bill you directly

If ScanPix later offers subscriptions purchased directly on our website, this policy will apply to them as follows unless stated otherwise at purchase: cancellation stops the next renewal with access until the end of the paid period; amounts already paid are non-refundable except where required by law; and any refund we do issue, at our discretion or as required, will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the period concerned.

6. Sellers and their buyers

ScanPix does not process payments between sellers and their customers. If you bought goods from a business that uses ScanPix catalogues or orders, your payment and any refund for those goods are matters between you and that business — please contact the seller directly.
